Office Manager
Lyn Andradzki is the front office manager for Positive Outcomes.
Receptionist
Antonia Resby is originally from Athens, GA. In 1999, she graduated from Cedar Shoals High School. She furthered her education at Athens Technical College majoring in Administrative Office Technology and took online classes for Business Management through Ashworth College in Norcross, GA. Antonia has previous experience as an HR Administrative Assistant with a local manufacturing company. She is responsible for the front desk at Positive Outcomes.
Billing and Collections Specialist
Shauna Carlson is originally from Colorado but grew up for the most part in Athens, GA. In 1997 she graduated from Clarke Central High School in Athens and then attended the University of Georgia (UGA). She graduated from UGA in 2002 with a B.S. in Psychology. Shauna managed Positive Outcomes throughout her college years, 2000-2003. After graduation she moved overseas to Japan and Guam and taught at the military schools. In March 2005, Shauna moved back to Athens and accepted her old position as Office Manager for Positive Outcomes.
Clerk
Jackie Houpt is a Kennesaw native. Jackie has been working for Positive Outcomes since May 2008. She is a sophomore at the University of Georgia majoring in psychology. Her extracurricular activities include playing piccolo in the Redcoat marching band and numerous service clubs and fraternities.
Assistants
Patricia Foels
received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and earned her Master's degree in clinical psychology at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Patricia is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the School Psychology program at the University of Georgia.
She has worked as an educator and therapist in adult and juvenile corrections, as well as an alternative school and community mental health center. She is also an affiliate member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
Melissa M. Nadler received her Bachelor's Degree in psychology and biology from the University of Georgia and earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in Atlanta, Georgia. Melissa is currently a Doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University, Atlanta. She has previous experience administering psychological evaluations at a private practice in Alpharetta, Georgia, primarily working with children and adolescents. Her therapy experience includes work at a private clinic for eating disorders in Athens, Georgia and at the University of Georgia's Department of Counseling and Psychiatric Services.
Megan Boyd earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2007. She completed an externship at Scottish Rite Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on child neuropsychology and has a particular interest in head injury and stroke. She is currently working towards attending medical school to study neurology.
